The accommodation
@VillaPatos has 5 completely independent villas, each with two bedrooms, bathrooms and a living room, sofas and a fully equipped kitchen for a peaceful vacation in front of the lagoon.
We have a pool, dock, lounge chairs, kayaks, and a spacious BBQ area which are part of the amenities for common use of the villas.
@VillaPatos is a beautiful minimalist design property located in front of the imposing Xul-ha lagoon where the crystal clear waters of Bacalar originate.
All our villas face the beautiful lagoon to appreciate the sunrise and a unique landscape.
Guest access
Each villa is completely private and independent; the open spaces are shared by all five villas. If you are a large family, you can inquire about renting the entire property!
Other noteworthy aspects
The coastal area of Xul-ha is very quiet and surrounded by the local flora and fauna.
You’ll find small shops and some local food establishments.
Just a 15-minute drive away you can reach the historic center of Bacalar to visit the fort and enjoy the best trendy restaurants for dinner or a celebration.
We recommend having a car, but you can also get around by taxi without any problems.
